Bio
Let's get to the nitty gritty so you can decide that you don't like me and not waste either of our times. LoL. My name is Kristin. I am 24 years old, and army wife, and a stay at home mom to my three sons, Canon, Ephraim, and Doyle. My husband's name is John and I never ceased to be amazed at how incredible he is. My journal is public and very seldom do I post locked entries. I have nothing to hide.
* I believe that Jesus Christ is the God in the flesh. He died on the cross to be the scarifice for the sins of humanity and rose from the dead 3 days later.
* I do not believe in birth control that allows an egg to be fertilized and then prevents it from implanting in the lining of the uterus.
* I am fiercly pro-life. No, it is not your body, it is a seperate human being and you shouldn't have the right to choose to terminate. You have the choice to either use protection or keep your pants on. I'm not okay with it and I never will be.
* Breast is best. period. I understand that nursing is difficult in a society where it is not the norm so you are constantly wondering if you are doing it right etc, but if you don't at least give it your best solid effort then I just don't understand you.
* Carseats are for cars. They are not babysitters. Babies are not born with a need to sit in a plastic bucket all day. They are born with a need for physical touch from their mothers. Hold your baby or get a sling.
* TV is not a babysitter. It is not there to watch your kids so you can get ready in the morning. Get up earlier. It's not made to watch your kids while you fix dinner or take a shower. Baby-proof a room so they can actively play or give them a craft to work on or something. As for the shower- shower when they are asleep, when your spouse is there to watch them or bring them in the shower with you.
* God says homosexuality is a sin. I most certainly do not hate gays. I have always had gay friends and I do not love them any less or treat them any differently, but if God says it, then that settles it.
* Foreskin is not a birth defect. God knew what he was doing when he created man and he doesn't make mistakes.
* I believe in submitting to my husband. That does NOT make him some oppressive selfish tyrant or that he doesn't respect me or ask me for my input and opinions or that he never lets me have my way. In fact he has only told me "no" one time in the four years we have been together. If he didn't have my best interest at heart, I wouldn't have married him.
All that being said, I am actually a very laid back person. I don't like confrontation and I am not pushy about forcing others to subscribe to my beliefs, I would just prefer that they be out there in the open so no one is caught off guard thinking that I must be one way when I am actually another. I don't think that just because someone does one thing that I don't understand or agree with that they are automatically a bad person, but I think a lot of good people make some bad decisions, myself included. Please do not read my userinfo and feel like I am making a personal attack against you. My views don't have anything to do with any specific person (other than Jesus), so if you get defensive that's on your conscience not mine.
